High alloy spherical head is fabricated by high alloy material with specific technical process;

High alloy steel plate delivery state shall accord with relevant standard or regulation,hot rolling thick steel plate, at present, the domestic hot rolling steel plate and belt thickness error is with normal precision and high precision, it adopts normal precision in the pressure vessel, if it needs higher precision, shall make notes in the contract.

The service temperature lower limit shall accord with the following rules:

A) The ferrous structural plate is 0℃;

B) The austenitic-ferritic structural plate is -20℃;

C) While the austenitic-ferritic structural plate service temperature is equal or higher than -196℃，can free to do shock test.
