Feature
FP series Air-Jet UV 2 & IR Conveyor-belt Dryer is specially designed for different kinds of ink printing.The machine can be combined with many kinds of printing machines whatever domestic model or importing model.It is widely used in drying paper.PCB,advertisement,nameplate of instrument and plastic substrates etc.
The machine is consisted of IR curing(four units);UV curing(one unit);cooling curing(one unit).The conveying belt is coated by TEFLON which has high endurance of temperature,abrasion,and radiation.The whole machine is running steadily by transducer.There are three UV lamps equipped with the UV curing unite Each lamp can be controlled separately according to different type ink.
Especially for the cooling system .paper will be cooled down quickly as soon as finish hot curing before,It will improve the defect of paper size changed and easier to be registered next step.
